Thanks for your help, Uli and others who relayed my request to Tom,
I report about the happning this morning.
I myself missed the QSO with Tom because I didn't get up yet.
According to one of my friend, Shige JH2FXK, Tom's signal
started to hear from 2000z, though his signal was not strong
enough to QSO.
>From about 2020z the signal became audible for about a few minutes.
Then JH2FXK, HL3IUA and JA2PJC was able to contact him.
After that, I started to listen and kept listening until 2230z. 
But I ended up hearing his very weak signal at 2213z about 5minutes 
after the sunrise here.
Anyway I appreciate Tom's special effort for Japan and hope the band
condition will good tomorrow morning.
So many Japanese are expecting to QSO with him.
