I'v just had QSO with Rudi DK7PE who is operating 3V8DLH on 160m.
They have now 32 meters high Vertical and they are very strong in
Central Europe.
Anyway Rudi is considering adding additional 10 meters to have a
full quarter on Topband.
Of course he will be in CQWW 160m contest too.
