Topband: All zones in one year by RA4LW

Hi.
I 'd like to share the information on outstanding achievement of Vlad, RA4LW. He
worked and confirmed(!)  ALL ZONES on 160 in one year and 9 days! Considering
the fact that UA4 is not a greatest location for Top band, this is really great!
