Topband: radial length

Tom and Jim's comments on radials are right on the mark.  Some time back I
scribbled a few notes on grid ground systems and the sizing of the grid.
Although the subject is a grid system, the notes also show why sparse, long
radials are ineffective.

Given the interest I just uploaded these notes to my web page if anyone is

They are not very fancy but should give the general idea and the file is
