Topband: Broadcast Radio??

For some reason after working on my antenna today I am hearing what sounds like a broadcast radio signal just out of the noise at
1820.205 LSB.

Is this normal to TopBand or has my radio developed some kind of bleed over?

I was looking for Dx on Cw but heard this instead.

I have never heard anything like this before on 160. 

Of course I have never heard before at all on 160 except noise I guess.
