Not only that but KEX and KPOJ share the same tower.

Antenna structure registration number for tower 2 in KEX's 
50 kW night pattern is 1037776

Antenna structure registration number for tower 1 in KPOJ's 
10kW night pattern is 1037776

....same tower.

Maybe someone near Portland can match the audio with KPOJ or 
KEX and the spur. You won't always hear the audio of both 
stations on the spur when it is a mixing product. Most of 
the time you can but not always.
