'allo,

I have got 1000m / 3280ft of wire to be used for
radials.

At the moment my garden is 40m x 40m (130ft x 130ft).
The

In the winter the ground conductivity is OK to good.

How would you use this wire to make your ground
screen?

Up to now I have been using elevated radials (some
times going into my neighbours garden, temporarily).

I am QRV on 160/80 and sometimes 40m.

I have a few ideas,

1) Cut it into 20m (60ft) lengths and joint them as
necessary.

2) Cut it in to 8 1/2w radials for each band, 24
radials in total 8x80m(260ft) 8x40m(130ft) and
8x20m(60ft).

3) As above but 16 1/4w radials for each band.

3) Make a grid across the entire garden and carry on
using the elevated radials.

I MAY be getting quite a bit more wire in the future.

Thanks for your thoughts,
