Those waiting for cards from Eugene will be happy to see this, received
today from his manager UA4RC:

"From 20 July until 15 August ornithologist expedition will arrive
at Franz Joseph Island. Eugene R1FJT is going to send his full log with
them to the mainland Russia. As soon it arrives, UA4RC will start
sending out QSL requests immediately"
