Topband: Coax for Beverage feed?

Can anyone suggest a suitable coaxial cable to feed a Beverage antenna, 
and where to get it?

I know losses are not particularly important in this application and I'm 
hoping to find a good quality Sat TV cable to make up a feeder run of 
200 Metres.
I need something that will survive reasonably well outdoors just laying 
on the ground in grass. The available cables seem to range from real 
garbage to quite expensive!

Any suggestions? I'm in France...
