Topband: 160m noise

Interesting replies from OH and SM! It would be most interesting to get
some reports from Russia, preferably UA9 about the noise.I have noticed
that UA9 stations have bad reception from SM lately! It very puzzling that
K1FZ is hearing the noise on other frequencies. Anyone with a 4-square or
beverages who can give a more exact direction? Southeast from OH is
perhaps east of here.
