Topband: Stub measurement error

You guys think you have accuracy problems. I am using the AIM4170 to 
do measurements at 144 mHz . Now, there is where care is really 
needed. I've learned to handle all the offsets and have successfully 
made several 50 Ohm 4-way power dividers (using 3 "T's"  of course) 
for the 2 meter array modifications that are currently underway here. 
There was a lot of cut & try involved, but it was possible to make 
some pretty accurate parts.  Sure beats my Autek for repeatability.
