Topband: Live Audio & S Meter Video - NOTES

When you open the camera, click on JAVA or ActiveX in order to see movement.

I have no idea how many people can connect at once but see that there have been quite a few in the last hour.  

Also, I suppose depending on internet connections, etc. is
that the S Meter Video is close to real time and the audio is delayed about 10 seconds when I listen to stations on it.
