Topband: Stew Perry Will Predict CQ 160 CW Conditions & Rules Change

I notice that the upcoming Stew will take place 27 days before the CW 160 CW Contest, so
the face of the sun that inflicts us for the Stew will return for CQ 160!

Also, note the several changes in rules for 2009, including that DX stations will be
sending CQ zone rather than the previous "country". The rules are online at
http://cq160.com/rules_cq160_2009.pdf, and changes are listed at the beginning. 

This might require an update to your logging program to support the rules change.
(Writelog 10.69D supports the new exchange requirements). Better to do this **before** the
contest starts!
