Topband: Zone 23

Have  any of you guys worked any BY  or UA9 stations in zone 23 in 2008
please?
I'm still looking for Zone 23 and 27 to complete 160m WAZ.

Zone 27 is somewhat of a Challenge from here, but Zone 23 is pretty much in
my back yard.

An easy zone  when JT1CO was very active, but his disappearance from 160 of
late hasn't seen him in my log yet.

I was wondering if I have ever tuned past or might even have in the log a BY
or UA9 in 23.

Any comments?
