Yes , Neil, Pavel UA0YAY was active on 160m in CQ WW DX CW Contest
2008 last one. He is a very good QSLer and has 1 kw and Vertical Delta
loop if I correct remember ... Send him e-mail ... I hope the  SKED  -
no problem ... Pavel are very friendly .... 73!
