I may be putting my self out on a limb here as I have not modeled it but I 
think a "T' would serve you better than the "L" for DX'ing.  Same number of 
supports and very easy to match.  Per ON4UN a "T" that is 2/3 the length of 
a full 1/4 wave has the same efficiency.  I know you are not quite to that 
height.  I use them here and have several friends that have them at 75 ft 
vertical and they do very well.
