Topband: 160/80 Sloping Inverted L

I am contemplating the construction of a dual band sloping inverted L
for 160 and 80 meters. It would be a quarter wave design with a
sloping top and mounted off of the side of my self supporting tower.

I have modeled it in MMANA and am looking for advice on the design,
improvements, matching unit/trap ideas, alternatives, etc.

You can see what the design looks like, SWR/gain plots, design
considerations, etc. here:
http://www.n0hr.com/Dual_band_Inv_L.htm
You'll see at the end of that page, that I'm at the point in the
project where some advice is needed:

How can the matching network be built such that the antenna can be
remotely tuned across both 160 meters and 80 meters?
Will mounting the antenna near (<3 ft.) the self supporting tower
significantly impact the design?
Are there improvements in the design to be made?
Where can I find components for the matching network and trap?
Particular part numbers to try? Surplus Sales of Nebraska P/N: (CAV) 125-27?
(bottom of http://surplussales.com/Variables/AirVariables/AirVar1.html)
Others?

If you have input, I would certainly love to hear it.

73 & tnx
