Topband: TX5C

So far, we can't help saying that 160m operation of TX5C is miserable
here in Japan.
We can hear their signals for about 4 hours from the sunset in Japan
to the sunrise there everyday but they have never listened to our frequency.
They are always QSX UP which means we cannot even call them.
I heard that they did 735QSOs on 160m by March 10 0224z but
zero with JA by now.
I hope that the 160m OP of TX5C is not hating JA and know the frequency
allowed in JA.

JA/HL 160m: only  1810 - 1825KHz !
