Topband: Shunt Fed Tower

I plan on shunt feeding my 88' Rohn 45 Tower for 160M.  It has 12 feet of
mast out the top.  The only antenna is an 40M Inverted Vee @ 80' I have
plans to put up 20 & 40 Monobanders and possibly raise the tower another
40', but that is another project for spring and I would like to get
something going on 160 this winter.  Guys are EHS but broken up with
insulators.

My question is, is this tall enough to shunt feed on 160M without any Yagis
for for the Tophat effect ?

I know radials, radials, radials....
