According to my arithmetic, 380 ft would be something on the order 
of 0.7 wavelength on 160M, depending on the cross section of the 
tower. Shouldn't be too tough to load. It's favored vertical angle 
will be fairly high, with something like 5dBi gain peaking around 50 
degrees. At 10 degrees, roughly 6 dB below that. 

BUT -- it's there, it's bought and paid for, and it's got 120 long 
radials under it, so you'll get 100% of the predicted gain. If I had 
it, I sure would load it up. :)
