Topband: High noise level

During the past few weeks I have noticed a high noise level on top band.
It sounds like regular QRN, but I am not sure. Would be interesting to
know if I´m alone doing this observation. Or has my neighbour bought some
new electrical equipment? The noise seems to be coming from theb west of
SM. From previous winters I have a memory of very quiet and noise-free top
