I'm not subscribed to the reflector but this might be of interest to those
re: the subject of RF Emission Limits.

FCC/OET Bulletin #65 address the totality of the subject for all services
(scroll down in link above).

Subpart B specifically addresses amateur radio stations and installations
and contains [some] measured data relative to specific amateur antenna
types.
