Topband: ON4ATL?

I managed to pull out a QSO out of S9 QRN last night with who I  thought was 
ON4ATL, although the call doesn't show up in QRZ.com or anywhere  else on the 
web.  Anyone have any idea if this is a valid station on  160M?
