I'd put a 1/4 wave vertical (tower) in the center of the square (or as
tall as you can make it), radials filling the square. Then add parasitic
wires spaced 1/8 wave from the tower (66 feet) as in the K3LR array
described in ON4UN's book). The radial field is a bit truncated in your
area but should still get good f/b -- better than a triangle array --
and some gain. Mine (full size) sometimes is better than Beverages for
receive.
If this is the "back yard" perhaps some Beverages could stretch into
your other area for RX.
