Topband: what antenna?

Hi I need some help.
I will be moving to a new home shortly,this house has a 250` garden by
around 30` wide a vast improvement on my present 40`x28`.I cant afford a
tower, but have a 80` willow tree about 40`from the end of the garden
Question. What would be the best wire antenna to use, with a realistic
hope of working some DX.and fed with ladder line so able to use it on
other bands.Any suggestions please.
