Topband: DK2FF?

After a long, dry summer, we've been having a lot of rain shower activity  
(with associated QRN) here in South Texas.  I've been monitoring the  band 
occasionally late at night for EU activity, and briefly heard what I  thought 
was DK2FF calling CQ on 1826kHz at about 0610Z between static  crashes.  I 
did not work him, but wanted to email him to let him know that  he was 
competing well against the S-7 QRN here.  Anyone know who that  actually was?  
QRZ.com has no listing for DK2FF.
