Topband: DU7/PA0HIP

I noticed a spot this morning from DU7/PA0HIP trying to work K4M on 20 
mx and frustrated by the "JA wall."  Does anyone have any info on 
Willem?  He used to be a 160 mx stalwart from PA, but haven't heard him 
in a while.  Is he active on top band from DU?
