Topband: ladder line spacers, etc.

Thanks to all who responded.  I realized my choice of words "spacers" was
poor, but most of you saw through that and understood that I was in fact
trying to "stand off" existing ladder line from the tree.  The consensus
seems to be that electric fence insulators are the best choice, I am
currently evaluating several options.

As expected, these lists served me well!
