Topband: 3C0C

Hi Gang,

Two EA stations are planning to go to 3C0C - Annobon.  The exact dates have
not been announced, but it is some what imminent.  

I suspect everyone who receives this email needs 3C0 on Topband.  For those
who do need Annobon Island on 160 meters I would encourage them to take part
in the survey!  Unfortunately you can only pick one band so make it count!
