Topband: Where is 5th edition of ON4UN's book?

Hello all,

I've been anxiously awaiting the release of the 5th edition of Low Band Dxing by 
John, ON4UN. The ARRL's web site still says "Out-of-Stock. New Edition coming in 
October!.http://www.arrl.org/shop/ON4UN-s-Low-Band-DXing

Anyone know anything about when it is going to be available? Is there another 
source besides the ARRL for the book?
