You can generally use an 80m plot and subtract ~3 S-units
(20 dB). Over the years I've found 80m conditions to be a reasonable
(but not perfect) predictor of 160m openings, including long
path. The very best tool for 160m is a good greyline map (e.g. DX
Atlas) with accurate sunrise/sunset times.
