Topband: Need help getting ahold of an article!

ANNNNNNND, through the efforts of at least four fella hams, I found the article - it's contained in a Vertical Antenna compendium sort of publication, out of the ARRL -- now on a mission to go and find that pub....appreciate the replies!  72, Jim Rodenkirch, K9JWV
