Gee Bob, do you really think it is a case of poor ethics?  I mean really, 
the guy is just trying to work more stations. heh heh. I would think the 
best way to do it would be to fly over to Europe, and transmit and receive 
with your own rig and tell them you are in the states. You could be in 
Cornwall or Brest France, so the beverages would work properly. Just think 
of all the stations you could put in your log then!! What a great idea.
    I think the perp should be outed myself.  A very bad move and worth some 
major hissing and booing.
