Topband: your opinion about ICE RF limiter

Hello,

What do you guys think about ICE RF limiter

I need to protect my RX antenna ports, and being a passive solution
(doesnt need keying from radio), it sounds promising.

Does it add any noise to RX?

Any pros/cons?
