Topband: Easy Inverted L for 169 (NCJ M/A 2011) Info Needed

[ZR]

One QST article from back in the 80's suggested sloping up from about 8-10', 
which was a comfortable place to work at, then a 45* angle to 20' and then 
horizontal.

Perhaps someone has the details handy.
