Topband: November 30-December 2 -- ARRL 160 Meter Contest

The ARRL contest is still challenging regardless especially when you have in house issues:) A few lingering antenna and computer issues have finally been resolved and now I look forward to the Saturday grind.

Unfortunately, I spent more time listening and fixing rather than operating. I was hearing Europe at sunset but no way could they copy. Through the evening I heard and called TM6M, OM2VL and RT3G with no luck. Pretty tough stateside with a 100W station surrounded by CQ'ers. I also briefly heard a DL4. 

Personally I prefer the Stew Perry and CQ160 more. At my age I'm not a great high speed operator anymore.
