30 meters is an anomaly in that it is 50 KHz worldwide and there is
no SSB in most countries.  Even so, there is still friction among
the digital modes - particularly with the absurdly wide, automatically
controlled PACTOR II & III garbage generators that seem to come up
at will on top of existing activity.
