I have never had an issue talking with tech support.  I had an issue 
with one of their Beverage couplers and he spent quite a bit of time 
with me.  My emails always get answered in a reasonable time period too.

I don't expect much the week after Dayton from any company.  I worked 
other trade shows like that and you are toast for a few days.
