Topband: Spam:*******, PT0S

I uploaded logs several days ago and they have not been processed as yet,
Saw someplace that processing was taking a week or more.
Seems punching them in by hand would be as efficient as the ARRL computer
is these days.
Major problems,  maybe they went back to DOS and a 8088.
