Topband: 1/4" tip/sleeve connectors?

This is what USN radio patch panels looked like from WW2 at least into the 
60's. Very reliable, however finding one or even the parts to use might be a 
bit hard.

These days Id suggest F connectors on the panel and push on jumpers.
