Topband: American Samoa on TB?

5W0RE circa May 07 is my 5W cfm. I need KH8. Sent an email to Ron N6XT.

I worked KH8/N5OLS but cannot get a QSL from him. If anyone knows how, 
please advise! Cards and email to the Conroe TX adr haven't worked.
