back before i became a ham i got a hold of a few QSTs that covered the
clipperton island dxpidition - using of all things the SX88!! the dream
receiver of an 8 year old boy.

i just found out the big big signal up here in the pac nw on 80 meteris
(TX5K) is the present clipperton island expidition.

i looked on the web and there is about 5 more days of operation

looks like i will go stoke up the old worm warmer  on 160 (833a) and see
if i can make a contact!!
