I hate to say this, but "whiskey" is Irish or US.

The real water of life, from Scotland, is "whisky".
I love the subtle flavours of the many varieties, from the smooth gentle 
Speyside stuff and the Northern Islands such as Highland Park, to the 
peaty throat-grabbers such as Laphroaig.

There's always one beside me when I'm operating.
Maybe that's the problem!
