When I completed my 160m RTTY WAS it was almost all on 1808, with the rest
of the QSOs on or near 1838. However, there wasn't as much digital activity
back then (2009-2010) as there is today. I would avoid the 1838-40 range as
that's where the JT65, JT9 and PSK guys hang out and instead suggest the
1835-37 range for RTTY.

WSPR activity is centered at 1838.100 +/- 100Hz so those folks would
appreciate not getting hammered by BIG sigs. Most are running less than
10-watts.
