Topband: That 1.9 MHz radar signal...

Just had a quick listen (0044 utc) 1.8-2.0 MHz. CW on the
bottom, a bit of SSB and AM on the upper part of the band.
Other than a bit of crud at 1880 kHz, 160 sounds normal.
Nothing but QRN on 1915.
