Topband: Topband Digest, Vol 133, Issue 30

Thank you very much for inviting me. I was very impressed with the
facility, how ideas were exchanged and attendees, although I do know
them individually.

I tried to advocate intravitreal injection of MTX or retuxan but not
sure how far it will go.

My resident is presenting the case next Thursday morning. I am assigned
two residents. I would like to do Axel first. We start at 7AM at the
second floor conference room of the Ross Eye Center, 1176 Main St. This
is between Summer and Barker St. In order to get there easily, one
would go on Main St and turn on Barker (go towards Delaware). There is
a driveway entrance and a big long parking lot that leads to the
entrance that is the back of the building. The conference room is all
the way towards the front of the building (down a long hallway) on the
second floor. As you enter the back of the building keep to the left
and you will see an elevator down the hall a bit. It sounds complicated
but it is really easy.

I asked our pathologist, Federico Gonzalez-Hernandez to attend but he
has had thyroid ca and may not be able to come. He has been here 10 yrs
and not seen a primary vitreoretinal lymphoma yet, let alone a mantle
cell variety.

I can have one of the residents meet you in the morning and walk you up
to the meeting too. Just call or text me as you arrive.

My cell phone number is 716-479-1951. Looking forward to seeing you.
