Topband: Teflon Tubing

Why not suggest the alternative postal method to Price (W0RI) instead of 
making a "ridiculous" issue out of this on the reflector.,  I know him 
personally and he doesn't need the money.  He was just trying to be a 
good guy by offering the teflon tubing for a cheap price.  He would 
likely put it in a bubble envelope if that would work and require less
