Topband: ON4KST low band chat

Thanks, but that doesn't fix the 40m clutter in the ON4KST lowband chat.
That's what I meant.

For me, adding 40m to the chat simply ruined it. I'd be willing to pay to
have it work like it used to, just 160 and 80.
