Topband: Weatherproofing F-type connectors

Apply some silicone dielectric compound (non-hardening silicone "grease")
to the coax center conductor. That will keep moisture out and prevent
corrosion.

Inside snap-and-seal F connectors, there is likely already some of that
inside where the coax is inserted.
