Topband: QRPers calling CQ in the SP ?

I failed to indicate a point,,at 1910 you are less likely to get tromped 
on by the higher power ops. I have no illusion to working much if any 
dx, qrp,  on 160 especially during a contest. just hand out Qs
just an idea,,,Ill give it a shot  and see what happens, if any thing
